Gieffe Meccanica not only supplies a wide range of standard and regulated products but is also specialized in custom made products, tailored to meet unique customer requirements.

Customized products (also called OEM parts) are the solving key for technical and functional issues emerging from the construction of different plants.

It happens many times that the standard product, which is made with precise regulations and dimensions, does not satisfy customer’s needs. For this reason, it arises the need to modify the existing articles or create small batches of original customized and drawing-based components.

Gieffe Meccanica’ s big investments have further strengthened the operational features and widen the range of workable materials and equipment. The “Know-How” and the technical skills of our operators and workshop improve day by day, thanks to the assignment of significant orders which involve processes such as welding, milling, turning, polishing and cutting.

When Gieffe Meccanica’ s commercial team receives a new customer’s inquiry, it will confront with both technical and production departments to verify the feasibility of the project and provide the best offer optimizing time and costs.

Gieffe Meccanica can manufacture customized components which are not available in the market, starting with a technical drawing or with a confront with one of our technicians, producing the prototype sample, if necessary, before starting the whole production of the batch.

The realization of the OEM part is carried out respecting high quality standards, always guaranteeing the traceability of the material and all processes and therefore providing the relevant certificates upon request.
