The Company also reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to the products, without any prior notice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The canal cooling plates are produced through the inflation of two metal sheets, which have been <b>laser-welded among themselves<\/b>, in order to get an inner canalization, bringing the fluid in contact with the whole surface of the plate.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, between the shells of the cooling plate is made a perimetral weld, through a <b>TIG Process<\/b>, for the purpose of guaranteeing a <b>greater cleanliness between the sheets<\/b>. This avoids chemical or bacterial attacks.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, the TIG welding is one of the most widespread methods, which guarantees a very high quality joint, thanks to the arc-weld with a tungsten electrode under the protection of noble gas.<\/p>\n<p>The thicknesses of metal sheets that compose the cooling plate measure 1+1mm until the length of 3000mm and 1,2+1,2mm for the higher dimensions. The <b>finish is made electrochemically<\/b>, in order to obtain a polishing, which allows the cleansing for the easy removal of tartaric acid and other similar agents.
